Metal Building Services for Florida

Privacy Policy

Metal Building Services for Florida ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, and not to any other site we may link to.

Effective date: August 25, 2026

Information You Give Us

The main way we collect information is when you fill in a form or contact us directly. Our estimate and consultation forms ask for:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • The location of your building site
  • The building dimensions you have in mind: width, length and height
  • What you intend to use the building for
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in the message field

You do not have to give us any of this. If you would rather not use a form, you can call or email us instead, and we will only hold whatever you share in that conversation.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs. These may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

We also use security tooling that may temporarily record IP addresses in order to block automated attacks and repeated failed login attempts.

Cookies and Your Choices

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. We group them into two categories:

  • Essential cookies keep the site working by remembering your cookie choice, keeping forms secure, and protecting against spam. These are always active, because the site cannot function properly without them.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These only run if you accept them.

When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen lets you accept or reject the second category. Your choice is stored on your own device and remembered on future visits. If you reject, we also clear any analytics or advertising cookies already present.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser settings, which will bring the notice back on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely, though doing so may stop parts of the site working as intended.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and prepare an estimate, concept design or site evaluation
  • Contact you about your project by phone or email
  • Keep records of quotes, drawings and correspondence relating to a project
  • Improve the website and the way we explain our services
  • Meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When We Share Information

We share information only where it is necessary to run the business, and only with parties who are required to protect it:

  • Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, provide the form and security software, and prevent spam submissions.
  • Project partners. Where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with the manufacturer, engineer, surveyor or subcontractor working on your building. We share only what that party needs.
  • Legal and safety reasons. Where we are required to by law, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions and project correspondence are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them: to answer follow-up questions, honor a warranty, or meet a legal or tax requirement. Where information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls and security monitoring on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously.

Your Choices and Rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligation to retain it
  • Ask us to stop contacting you
  • Change your cookie preferences, as described above

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to make sure we are not disclosing your information to someone else. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or federal law.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for people conducting business with us. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to other organizations: building manufacturers, industry associations and code authorities among them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business, the website or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so it is worth checking back occasionally.
